OPERATION OF GAS TURBINE COGENERATION UNITS OF COMPLEX CYCLES ON VARIABLE MODES

Abstract. The results of research and development of cogeneration gas turbine engines (GTE) of complex cycles. It is shown that the use of an overexpansion (TP) turbine in a GTE allows increase the efficiency of the engine on a par with the use of heat recovery (P). A combination of the two ways in a gas turbine engine with TP and R gives a further increase in engine efficiency. It was found that on partial loads, each design scheme has its own patterns of change in heat engineering characteristics that determine the scope of cogeneration GTE. An example of the possibility changes in the working process in the engine allowing to control the energy flows in the cogeneration power plant.
